1965 Shelby Cobra
Every trip will be an adventure when driving this striking Superformance MKIII. The Indigo Blue paint is highlighted by a pair of classic Wimbledon White Le Mans racing stripes, as well as the polished roll bar. Cobra badges are fitted to the nose, trunk and fenders, as well as the Steering Wheel Center Cap. Tri-Bar Headlights are a very nice period upgrade.
The Cobra is powered by a 427 Windsor engine breathing through 8 Stack Electronic Fuel Injection cranking out over 500HP. SP02814 has period correct Smiths Gauges with a Lucas Ammeter Gauge in the period correct dash layout, as well as a beautiful wood-rimmed steering wheel. The doors are secured by original style carriage style latches. All openings, such as engine bay, trunk, and cockpit are wrapped around steel subframe for increased strength and support. The steering wheel is crafted of fine wood while the dash is wrapped in leather, as are the steel framed seats that have period correct webbing for comfort and elegant aesthetics.
