- Works using either your factory hood or our NEW Heritage Composite Hood.
- This engineered kit is a fully functional cold air system that routes air through the factory air box that has been retrofitted with a high-flow cone air filter (included).
- The CDC-styled scoop not only incorporates retro styling, but also includes modern design cues, a perfect compliment to the Challenger's modern retro styling.
Construction materials are far superior to anything else on the market:
- The engine cover is molded PC-ABS which maintains a clean and factory under-hood appearance. There is even a place for you to install your own "HEMI" lettering (not included).
- The scoop, which includes injection molded vent inserts, is stamped steel and is quickly removed for oil changes via quarter-turn fasteners.
- The system is standard with a high flow cone filter, all mounting hardware, instructions, and template to simplify installation.
- The overall result is added appeal and performance while maintaining a factory look.
Please note: the CDC Shaker can be ordered with a raw hood scoop (requires paint), or it can be ordered with the optional textured black powder coated scoop.
