Dramatically reduce the overall weight of your vehicle with the ROUSH® Carbon Fiber Left Front Fender. This part weighs about one-third as much as the stock fender (3.5 lbs. for the ROUSH carbon fiber vs. 10 lbs. for the stock).

This part is made from real carbon fiber in ROUSH's own fabrication facility in the U.S.A. Carbon fiber is used for this product for its high tensile strength, low weight, and low thermal expansion, which also makes it very popular in aerospace and military applications.

The ROUSH Carbon Fiber Right Front Fender (part #402562) is sold separately.

This part is made to order and may take up to six weeks to be completed. The fender comes unpainted and is cover by the ROUSH Competition Parts Warranty.

This product fits 2005-2009 Ford Mustang GTs.

ROUSH has developed its Competition line of parts after extensive engineering and real world testing in its own drag racing cars. At the drag strip, the parts were subjected to the incredible torque and demanding stress loads of drag racing, and the heavy duty construction of each component was proven to stand up under these severe competitive applications. Each of the ROUSH Competition Parts has been developed for long-term durability.

Motorsports legend Jack Roush first began his career in drag racing and the earliest of his 34 national championships came in NHRA, IHRA, and AHRA competition. Roush never lost his love of the sport, and as the opportunity arose for ROUSH Performance to enter this market Roush was an eager participant and extremely "hands-on" in the development of the Competition Parts. Often seen peering under the hood of the team drag cars, his engineering background and vision is etched in the final designs of this part.
